Issue after update
I have a tablet with Android 8.0.0, which worked perfectly with Surpad 4.2. I updated it to the latest version, and an image appears telling me the software has stopped working. How can I fix this?

Hi! SurPad 4.2 is regularly updated to keep up with changes in Android requirements. Newer releases support only 64-bit systems and may therefore be incompatible with older devices running a 32-bit system. Android 8 itself does not necessarily mean your device is 32-bit. You can check your system architecture using a device information app such as AIDA64. If your tablet runs a 32-bit system, we recommend reinstalling the latest SurPad version that worked correctly on it and keeping that version without further updates. If you would like to benefit from newer features and fixes, please consider upgrading to a controller with a 64-bit Android system and a recent Android version.
