App crashes and cannot be restarted
Good morning, yesterday, while I was taking a survey, Surpad froze and wouldn't restart. I tried restarting the tablet, I tried reinstalling Surpad, but it doesn't work. It opens, seems to load data, and then closes again. What do I do? The only thing I can do is reset the tablet, but I'd like to avoid that.

Good morning. The problem has been solved. My Oukitel RT3 wouldn't launch Surpad 4.2. After several attempts to restart the app, it finally launched, telling me there was an update to download and install from March 2026. Fingers crossed, I managed to download the update, install it, and everything worked again. However, I decided to upgrade my tablet and get a more powerful one (without spending a lot), so I purchased a Blackview Active 5. I will transfer the license to it and I'm confident everything will be fine. I'll keep you updated. Thanks to Vitaly for his assistance.
As of today, this issue has already been resolved. The application has been updated to the latest version and now launches without any problems.
