Please Reply the following questions--

1. When I have purchased the lifetime licence of Surpad, and if the device is reset accidentally, whatis the procedure for life time reactivation again.

2.When the device in which lifetime activation of Surpad 4.2 is done, and device is lost/stolen/damaged, what is the procedure of its reactivation of same license in another device without repurchase.

3. How many times ,I can transfer a single user licence in another devices due to aforesaid reasons.

You may transfer the license within reasonable limits. Please avoid overloading the server with daily license transfer requests. Use this function only when necessary. If you need to use the software on multiple devices, it is better to purchase several permanent licenses.
