To ensure compatibility and security, please install the latest version of SurPad 4.2 on both devices — the old one and the new one — before starting the transfer.

In the latest versions of SurPad 4.2, the license transfer mechanism between devices has been updated to make the process safer and more controlled.    

How it works:

1. When transferring a license from device A to B, the system first deletes the permanent code from device A and then generates a new permanent code (C) for activation on the new device. At the same time, the program displays a transfer code and a QR code for quick scanning on the target device.

2. This ensures that a single license cannot be active on multiple devices at the same time.

For additional safety and convenience:

1. All original activation codes are stored on our servers, allowing you to track the history of any changes.

2. New versions of the software now include an activation log, where you can view all previously used permanent codes. You can find this log in your device’s internal storage under the folder: SurPad → Debug.

Attention! Accidental pressing of the "Transfer License" button will delete the license from your Android device and generate a new activation code for another device. Do not use this function unless you really need to transfer your license.    

Thanks to these updates, your licenses are now protected from loss and can always be recovered when needed.
