We are currently experiencing server-related issues, which may cause SurPad to display a message that the license is not active. This may affect both existing users and new users attempting to access the DEMO mode for the first time.
Our technical team is actively working to resolve the issue. However, the full migration to a new server infrastructure may take approximately one month.
In the meantime, a temporary solution has been developed to ensure you can continue working without interruption.
Please follow these steps:
Download and install this special version of the SurPad application:
https://surpadapp.com/app/Surpad_esurvey_v4.2.250527.092136_42250527092136_jiagu_sign.apk
In the activation menu, you will see a new field labeled "Port".
Enter the value 33001 and press "Online Activation".
- For existing users who previously activated the program with a permanent code, this should restore full functionality.
- For new users, DEMO mode will be enabled for 30 days.
