1.1. This agreement is a public offer and does not require signing. A public offer agreement has the same legal force as an agreement signed on paper.
1.2. The seller carries out retail and wholesale of goods.

1.4. Seller reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement without prior notice to Buyer.


2.1. In order to place an order, the Buyer must fill out the registration form on the Site. Registration takes place at the request of the Buyer.

2.3. If the Buyer has any questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the goods, before placing an order, the Buyer can contact the Seller in any possible way.
2.4. The Buyer agrees to correctly specify in the order his name, first name, phone number, including area code, the exact and complete delivery address, as well as agree with the Seller's desired day and time of delivery.
2.5. The Buyer agrees to meet the Seller's courier at the specified time at the specified delivery address.
2.6. The Buyer has the right to refuse the delivered goods. In case of refusal the Buyer shall pay in full the Seller's transportation costs for delivery of goods to the Buyer's city and return of goods to the Seller's city at the courier service rates.
2.7. Read the operating instructions before using the product.
2.8. If it is necessary to get an explanation of the conditions and rules of using the goods - ask the seller for an explanation.
2.9. Use the product in accordance with its intended purpose and adhere to the conditions (requirements, standards, regulations) established by the manufacturer of goods in the operational documentation.
2.10. In order to prevent negative consequences for the consumer regarding the use of the goods - follow the manufacturer's recommendations on safety measures and operating rules, in case of absence of such rules in the documentation - follow the safety conditions established for such kind of the goods.
2.11. In the event of a defect, the Buyer shall notify the Seller within 14 days of delivery of the order. To confirm the defect, the product shall be submitted to the Seller for examination. If this is the case, the Buyer shall be reimbursed the full price of the product, including the cost of delivery. No claims shall be accepted after 14 days from the date of delivery.


3.1. The Seller informs the Buyer about the acceptance of the order by phone and / or e-mail, agrees on additional characteristics, the complete set of products and their cost.
3.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods in accordance with the order received, in the quantity, prices and terms agreed with the Buyer.
3.3. The seller guarantees that the appearance of the ordered products matches their samples in the catalog. The weight of products may slightly differ from the sample up or down due to the uniqueness of each product.
3.4. The seller guarantees the conformity of the quality of the goods, according to the standards applicable to this type of goods.
3.5. The seller is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the Client during registration..
3.6 The information provided by the Buyer is confidential. The online store uses information about the Buyer solely for the purpose of processing the order, sending notifications to the Buyer, delivering goods, making settlements, etc.


4.1. Cashless payment according to the agreement.
4.2. Online payment is the most profitable and convenient way to make a quick payment. In order to pay for the goods remotely, when placing an order, select "Online payment".
4.3. Payment is not available for buyers from Russia and Belarus.


5.1. Orders are processed from 9:00 to 18:00 (Monday - Friday). Saturday-Sunday - day off.

5.4. License Delivery: We sell software and deliver it by sending a license code to the email address provided by the purchaser at the time of purchase.

7.1. The buyer does not have the right to return the digital goods.
7.2. The consumer has the right, within 30 days, to check the digital product using Trial Version.
7.4. Software product can be transfered to another Android device using special menu.

8. License Duration

8.1. The license is valid until January 01, 2999.

9. License Transfer

9.1. The license can be transferred from one device to another if both devices are accessible to the user.
9.2. In case of device loss or complete device failure, the customer can contact our support team to transfer the license to a new device.

10.1. All information provided by the Buyer to the Seller cannot be transferred for review and / or use to third parties, with the exception of the Buyer's written permission to transfer this information and cases, when required by local or international law and / or authorities in accordance with legal procedure.
10.2. In case of any questions and claims from the Buyer, he must contact the Seller in any way possible. The parties will try to resolve all arising disputes through negotiations. If it is impossible to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority in accordance with applicable law.
